Ms. Nancy Nunley is a founder and President of Ganesco, Inc. Her breadth of experience spans 20+ years in the healthcare industry in various leadership and executive roles in product management, marketing and sales. The introduction of new products has usually been her area of focus throughout her career within the home healthcare industry, which led to Nancy becoming a founding member of several companies. She also has founded a consulting firm serving new companies entering the industry, and lectures frequently at local and national healthcare associations meetings. Prior to her management positions in the healthcare industry, Nancy was a biomedical researcher in academia and the non-profit arenas, and has published in the utilization of biotechnology.
Nancy’s professional volunteer work leans heavily to the American Red Cross; she has served on local chapter’s board of directors, and held the position of chairwoman for several years. Nancy has also served as an American Red Cross Disaster volunteer following the family tradition of over 50 years of service to this organization.
Nancy is a member of the American Marketing Association and has received numerous certifications from both the American Marketing Association and the American Management Association in marketing, sales, management, finance and strategic planning. Ms. Nunley graduated cum laude from Lindenwood College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and has a Masters in Business Administration from Emory University.
Ms. Gail Watkins Varcelotti is a founder and Vice President of Ganesco, Inc. She has over 33 years of experience in the area of cardiopulmonary medicine education and of most recent was the president of Education on the GO, a consulting service in development and training in health care topics and venues. In addition, she was an Assistant Professor and Program Director of Respiratory Care at Gannon University for 15 years and was also employed as a consultant and Manager of Corporate Medical Education and Training for Respironics, Inc.
During the past several years, Gail has been involved with various education, development and training contracts from The MED Group (Lubbock, TX), LaRoche College (Pittsburgh, PA), Centerpointe Sleep Associates (Pittsburgh, PA) and Tufts New England Medical Center’s Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine (Boston, MA). She is also an active member in the American Association for Respiratory Care and the Pennsylvania Society for Respiratory Care holding a variety of elected and volunteer positions.
Gail is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has completed the curriculum in the Masters in the Health Service Administration Program at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Jennie has over 15 years of Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations Management experience in manufacturing, aerospace and the medical device industries. Jennie graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She has worked with Lockheed Martin in their Operations Leadership Development Program, in materials management with Lake Region Medical, and in customer service/supply chain management with Accellent Orthopaedics. Most recently, Jennie worked with a start-up company that manufactured respiratory products. She has also has also been trained in Six Sigma and Lean Principles. Jennie is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh Chapter of APICS (The Association for Operations Management). She is working to earn her CPIM-Certification in Production & Inventory Management and she volunteers with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
